		<description>Hi Teresa.  Great question!  You really hit on the crux of the problem.  How do we get young people involved in aviation, in this high-tech, instant gratification world?  The more I think about this, and attend gatherings like Oshkosh, the more I think that EAA may be on to something.  They have the Young Eagle program for giving children their first flights.  Great idea for young kids, plants a seed with them.  Maybe we come up with ways to get teens and adults into the cockpit.  This may be the key.  Once you sit there and experience the flight, it's life-changing.  Stay tuned for more!</description>

Can you tell us more about what is going on to introduce younger people to aviation?  I go to the local airport and notice that there are almost no pilots under the age of 55.  I'm 41, a gal, student pilot. I am afraid by the time I am 55, there will be very little of GA left.  How can we draw them in?
